Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the REALTOR® Association of Franklin & Gulf Counties.  Membership in the REALTOR® family means membership in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Florida REALTORS® (FR) and our local association, the REALTORS® Association of Franklin & Gulf Counties (RAFGC). All three organizations are devoted to serving your interests and needs on the local, state and national levels. Review member benefits.

MLS Only

MLS only participation is available to all brokers who are REALTORS® and have a current, valid Florida brokers license.

Agents who are REALTORS® and have a current, valid Florida real estate license may become an MLS Only subscriber if their broker is already a participant in the RAFGC MLS.

MLS participation is available to Thompson Brokers. Thompson Brokers are brokers who have a current, valid Florida brokers license but are not members of any REALTOR® association.

Agents who have a current, valid Florida real estate license and are affiliated with a Thompson Broker may become an MLS subscriber if their broker is already a participant in the RAFGC MLS.

Business Partners and Appraisers

Why should my company become a Business Partner? An excellent forum to promote your company.  A variety of events for networking. Resources through the REALTOR® community to assist in accomplishing your company’s goals. Many opportunities for company recognition at Board-sponsored events.
