As a member of RAFGC you are automatically a member of the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. All three organizations are devoted to serving your interests and needs on the local, state and national levels.

Mission Statement
The REALTORS® Association of Franklin & Gulf Counties is a voluntary regional association whose purpose is to enhance the ability and opportunity of its members to conduct their business successfully and ethically by providing resources, education and guidance.

Legal & Technical Advice
Have you ever needed legal or technical advice? As a member you can enjoy free access to the Florida REALTORS® Legal Hotline, (407- 438-1409) and Technology Help Line, (407- 587-1450). You can receive a steady stream of legal and technical advice, simply by calling these numbers.

Professional Development
Do you want to keep both your real estate license and knowledge current? As a member, RAFGC offers you continuing education courses approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission for CE credit. You can choose from a wide variety of courses including the mandatory Core Law and Ethics. Just check the RAFGC education calendar on our website, watch for the email notices and reserve a seat.

MLS and Lock Box Services
RAFGC utilizes the Solid Earth, Listit MLS system and the Supra Lock Box system. We assist and support you with any issue you may have involving our MLS and Lock Box Services. In addition, we have several reciprocal agreements in place with neighboring associations and are a member of Florida REALTORS® MLS Advantage.

Volunteer Opportunities
Looking to get involved? Then we are looking for you also! Your Association is an organization that depends on you as a member to help keep it strong. Joining a committee will give you a better understanding of YOUR Association and give you the opportunity to mold its future path. A few of our standing committees include:
